Sabrina Vidal, Ph. D candidate

I am a biochemist turned criminologist. Yes you read it right, I first studied biochemistry for my undergraduate studies and obtained a bachelor in biochemistry and molecular biology then I switched to criminology to pursuit a  master  and a doctorate degree. That makes me an early career researcher. I am combining the two field I am passionate about; biochemistry and criminology in my researches. Thus, my main focus was for a long time synthetic drug production. However, I recently broaden my horizon and I am now focusing on criminal competence specifically when it is in relation to complex crime.
